Is FAM360 free?
Yes. FAM360 is free, with no subscription, no paid tier and no hidden plan.
Who can see my position?
Only the family members you chose to share with, at the precision you chose. You can pause or stop at any time, and nobody else, not even our support team, can see where you are.
Can my child switch sharing off?
A child's sharing is set by a parent, not by the child, and the child always sees who can see them. FAM360 never hides on the phone: if the child turns the phone's location permission off, the parent is told the phone is no longer reporting instead of being shown a fake position.
Android and iPhone?
Yes. FAM360 is made for both, with the same family map and the same sharing choices. Where iPhone and Android allow different things, the app says so.
What happens to our data?
Positions are kept for a short time and then deleted. There is no advertising and no tracking. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or on this website.
Does it work in the background?
Yes, when sharing is on and the phone's location permission allows it. The app asks for that permission openly and explains why. Nobody who is not sharing is located.
